An ardent researcher and a biotech professional, Dr. Nagma Abbasi have a career and experience of over a decade, working with esteemed research institutes and leading multinationals of the life sciences/biotech industry in diverse areas such as product management, customer segmentation, brand management, and strategic marketing has been working in companies.
During her last tenure, her role was that of a Chief Accounts Manager, and was responsible for end-to-end services. Suddenly she was removed from her post. In fact, she was more surprised, because she had no other option. But it came as a turning point in her life which eventually made her an entrepreneur.
Dr. Nagma decided to embark on the entrepreneurial journey as opposed to the option of looking for a new job and proceeded on the entrepreneurial path. Having worked in the industry for a long time, she experienced the inherent gaps and absence of a single point of contact that could cater to the all-dimensional needs of the industry. And with her determination, she brought NextGen Life Sciences Pvt Ltd company to status in 2014.
