A yogini, a dancer whose life was hopeless and directionless since childhood, still not defeated by the struggles and now emerging as an inspiration
Ups and downs come and go in everyone's life. The only difference is that some shine like a diamond, while others turn black like coal.
The heat of life's struggle makes a man shine, now some people inspire others by tolerating this heat, and some burn themselves in that heat and push their life towards negativity.
Difficulties are like uninvited guests, who come uninvited, but until they leave, they should not be driven away forcefully by tying their bags and bedding. But the important feature of difficulties is that they make us more alert, stronger, and smarter than before. The best thing about this uninvited guest is that it definitely teaches a lesson while leaving.
One such story full of difficulties, who chased away the difficulties, also took the lesson that taught her life direction, peace, and self-love, her name is Natasha Noel.
Natasha Noel is a dancer and certified yoga trainer based in Mumbai. She has done her studies at Sophia College. She learned such yoga poses in a few months, which is not easy for adults to do. People are stunned to see Natasha's yoga poses. Because of her toned body, she does this kind of yoga pose.
After witnessing a difficult childhood, she found solace in yoga. Her life was full of difficulties, but whenever she was surrounded by difficulties, she became stronger and stronger.
When Natasha was three and a half years old, her birth mother committed suicide. She saw her mother burning in front of his eyes and even today she remembers her mother's burning face and her screams. It is very difficult for her to get rid of these terrible memories but now she is learning how to let go of them. She has understood that she had nothing to do with that incident, but still spent half her life hating herself because she considered herself responsible for it. She felt that she could have helped her mother, which she did not. But now she has understood, there was nothing in her control.
Because of this, the innocence of her childhood started feeling insecure and deprived of affection and fear. Her father's sister and her family who are her guardians took her with them. She tried everything possible to make her feel loved and safe enough but that vatsalaya was not enough for her. But she always tried her best to be happy.
But now one more poison had to dissolve in her life. There was another wound in her mentality. At the age of only 7, the servant working in the house physically abused her. At that time, she neither understood nor remembered why and how this act happened to her. All she remembers is that in one moment she was playing and in the next moment she saw bleeding from her vagina. After this circumcision, the servant's mother asked her to run away with her son and get married. Even that servant said that no one else will love her anymore in life. A 7-year-old girl who only knows how to play, jump and have fun, she had to suffer so much at such an age. Such things which she was not yet capable of understanding.
All this caused a deep wound in her mind which made her hate herself. Her self-hatred increased day by day. Being wrong with them had not stopped yet. From the age of 8 to 15, she was subjected to continuous physical and sexual abuse by her own relatives and cousins, sisters. Natasha had considered herself surrounded by oppression and poor.
It is also true that whenever any difficulty comes or someone starts feeling helpless, then as if the whole world seems to be standing against them. If it is to be believed or understood then hatred is the easiest word. Which makes a person hollow inside like a termite.
Everything seemed useless, and meaningless to Natasha too. She started hating herself so much that she never even looked in the mirror. She was so disgusted that she started wounding herself. She had given up all hope. By inflicting pain on herself, by cutting off body parts, she felt good because of the pain that had settled in her heart and mind.
She used to cry sitting in the bathroom and there was always blood on the floor. Natasha had become just like a living corpse and every morning there was only one question what is this life of her is for.
In all this only one thing was good with her. Her parents started feeling that something was wrong with her because day by day her anger was increasing, and she never used to share his thoughts with anyone. Thinking all this, her parents got her treated for mental illness when she was 10 years old. When her psychiatrist saw that she did not say or speak anything. Then she gave paper and colors Natasha and told her that whatever she feels, she can draw whatever she wants on the paper, then she draws and fills the colors. She started feeling that art was her expression and taught her to face life.
At the behest of her psychiatrist, she started taking interest in dance and at the age of 16 she became a good dancer. She started feeling herself in the dance. Dance had become her life, passion, and love. At the age of 17, she met the first love of her life.
But at the age of 19, her happiness was once again overshadowed when she collapsed when she was in her second year of college. Because of this, she got hurt a lot. The doctor advised her to take rest for a week. But she didn't listen to the doctor's advice and didn't stop dancing because dance was her life which she never wanted to leave and she didn't like just being able to move and rest.
Her decision did not prove to be correct, due to lack of rest, the menalis and corneal muscles of her knee were torn and filled with water. Due to this, she could not dance at all. She once again pulled himself together and completed his graduation in English Literature.
Because she was not able to dance yet, she started photography. She started taking photographs of the dancers but she was not completely happy with it. She was not getting the happiness that she wanted and then at the age of 21, she broke up with the person she loved so much.
From the age of 15, she was consuming alcohol and cigarettes. She used to do this due to mental despair of not being able to experience anything, not understanding anything. At the age of 20, she stopped taking drugs, then after the breakup of the relationship of 5 years, she started eating a lot. She fell in love with food like a friend, due to which his weight increased a lot and her body became shapeless.
Now questions started running through her mind, why she is doing this, why she has made her body a home of disease. Since she could not exercise, she started eating nutritious food. Now her condition started improving. Then she started learning Yoga.
Natasha Noel brought many books, read from her and watched many videos, and also learned from her. Eventually, after learning yoga formally, she got certified as a yoga teacher.
Today she not only does yoga but also teaches dance along with yoga to people. Thousands of people get motivated by Natasha's passion for yoga. Natasha is also known for doing yoga in public places. Natasha has more than 1 lakh 12 thousand followers on Instagram, while the number of people who follow her on Facebook is also in the thousands.
