From daily harassment to become millionaire entrepreneur Bharti Sumeria

Don't know why our society and Indian parents consider getting their children married as their last duty. After marriage, their daughter or son will be happy. But I don't understand on what basis they think this.

Especially the marriage of the daughter is a big dream of the father. But why? Be it a daughter or a son, it is more important to be financially strong first so that they can live their life with self-respect and independence.

But no, if the daughter gets married, she will belong to her family no matter what she does. Father spends lakhs or crores on daughter's marriage. But can't these lakhs of rupees be used to fulfill her dreams?

Is marriage the basis of happiness? After all, why this thinking has gripped the parents of most middle-class families?

If you communicate your full power then anything is possible. Self-confidence is the strength that gives you hope even in bad times and that gives you new energy.

A woman was admitted to the hospital after being mercilessly beaten up by her husband. She was living her life on the strength of love for her children. A small ray of hope gave him courage.

We are talking about India's Sumeria, who today manages an empire worth crores of rupees and is leading a fearless life.

Come let's know the journey of this woman entrepreneur from domestic abuse to crores of turnover.

Introduction

Bharti Sumeria was born in a middle-class family in Bhiwandi, Mumbai. After the tenth, her father did not teach her further. Due to his conservative thinking, she got married at an early age so that she could live happily.

But how did her father know that the man he chose for her in the hope that his daughter would be happy would turn out to be a nightmare for her?

Shortly after the marriage, Bharti gave birth to a daughter and a few years later they had twin sons.

Tolerating husband's violent form

Her husband was unemployed and was looking to liquidate his father's property to pay the rent.

Every day there is a dispute between husband and wife in the house, but sometimes this small dispute takes a huge form.

This small dispute also turns into domestic violence. Usually, women are the victims of domestic violence. They are subjected to both physical and mental torture.

Bharti's husband Sanjay used to beat her. As time passed, he showed more cruelty. He became more savage. Bharti continued to bear this physical and mental violence.

Perhaps if she had protested against the cruelty of her husband from the very beginning and had not remained silent when the man raised his hand on her for the first time, she would have been able to save herself from this agony sooner.

Don't know why women tolerate such incidents and do not protest in time?

It is very important for every woman to overcome her fear.

This series of fights became a daily occurrence. Due to this, Bharti was admitted to the hospital several times.

Came to my parents' house

Bharti fed up with this dreadful life, returned to her parents' house. Here too, her every single moment was spent under the shadow of her husband's fear. For a month she did not even come out of the house nor did she talk much to anyone.

Her children were the only ray of hope in this dark life. The children always used to encourage her. Her children always encouraged her to learn something new, participate in local competitions and help their mother come out of depression.

His brother advised him to take up a job to improve the future of the children.

Bharti opened a small factory in 2005 to manufacture small items like toothbrushes, boxes, tiffin boxes, etc.

To help her, his father took a loan of six lakhs, and two employees were also recruited. Thus she started working in Mulund with two employees. Now due to busy work, her depression went on ending.

Still, her husband used to beat her at home and in public. In an interview, Bharti said, “Even when I went to the police, they did not help because my husband knew people from the police department.”

4 Crore turnover journey

After three-four years, Bharti opened a factory called PET, in which plastic bottles are made. She herself used to check the quality of the goods. With time, she soon started getting orders from big brands like Cipla, and Bisleri.

In 2014, her husband Sanjay again raised his hand to her. This time he threw his hands on Bharti in front of the factory workers. It was too much for her children to bear. The children told the father that he should never return to their mother.

Today Bharti has expanded its business to four factories with an annual turnover of crores.

In this way, Bharti filled her dark life with light on the strength of her courage and passion.

What a woman can't do if she wants to, she just needs to recognize the power hidden inside her.

Bharti, you were able to move towards a free life by taking yourself out of the shadow of fear and violence, you are an inspiration to every woman who can never get out of this harassment.
